Stock Fence

Description

Stock Fence from Suffolk Farm Fencing, For sheep, pigs, dogs, deer etc in 50m rolls.

We stock various specifications and heights. Good for dividing up fields edging roads and footpaths, or adding an extra layer to improve security of a hedge or post and rail fencing.

If required installing galvanised wire netting or wire mesh to the stock fence will provide a barrier against smaller animals.

There are several types of stock fencing available.

For example for a spec of L17/200/30

L refers to the weight of the wire which is light.

17 is the number of horizontal wires,

200 is the height in cm

30 is the distance between the vertical wires in cm.

The horizontal wires are closer together near to ground level

When installing Stock Fence Suffolk Farm Fencing also stocks a variety of posts to erect this fence with. 60mm, 75mm 100mm & 125mm diameter in lengths from 1.65m to 2.4m. Details here, along with straining wire and staples
